I had the x-ray that you asked me for was all okay blood test all normal do I need x-ray for my head I'm worry, Been 6 month surfing from tight neck and headache dizziness light headness feeling tired all the time had full blood test all come normal I don't know what is that please help me

You can do X RAY of cervical region with that CT scan Plain whole brain.after that consult me.
Next Steps
take Gelsemium  200/5 dose 1 dose regularly for 5 days in early morning empty stomach .with that take Kali Phos 6X/25gm 4 tabs Two times daily for 1 month.
