LASER surgery in fistula may prove tricky. Infact, any surgery in fistula may not be successful if the internal fistula opening is not found.
Next Steps
Take antibiotics Tab Cifran OZ twice daily x 5 days Go back to your surgeon for evaluation
Health Tips
if fistula doesn't heal, you may need to do MRI Fistulogram followed by surgery.  The time between first and second surgery should be atleast 3 months.

Please get thoroughly evaluated by a proctologist, after which treatment can be planned, based in the exact findings. Based on your history, it may be sensible to get an MRI scan of the perianal region.
