Hi. We need to examine the lesion carefully. Your history is incomplete. Since how many days its present. If its chronic neeq to get biopsy done to r/o psoriasiform lesion like Bowen's disease which is premalignant disease, sarcoidosis. Could be psoriasis or if you applied creams,the primary lesion could be altered. Could be just eczematous lesion, dermatophyte infection. Can't comment unless examined in person.
