I had an accident 3 or 2 years ago, since then I get dark patches in my stool sometimes. Today i was just sitting and phlegm dropped into my mouth, from my sinus probably, and it had about 5 percent blood in it

Blood stained secretion has to be examined by nasal endoscopy and CT PnS to rule out other causes
If ENT is normal then chest evaluations can be done if associated with chronic cough and recurrent episodes
