Report says Utreus is normal in size and position Uterine cavity and it's contours are normal Both fallopian tubes are normal in caliber and patency Both tubes are pulled up Bilateral free peritoneal spill is seen with peritubal locations Normal uterus and patent tubes Bilateral peritubal adhesions Please tel me can I conceive naturallly
