I feel pin kind of pain in the left side
I feel pin kind of pain in the left side of the heart. My weight is 123 kg and height is 5.5 but cholesterol level is in normal range. What tests do I need to undergo to find if there is any issues in the heart like blockage or any other problems related to heart. Pls advice.

This is not heart related pain. If you want to check your heart then go for ECG and 2D Echocardiography.
