I feel like I wanna give up. Uncurable?

As the headline says :(. It's because I am getting a new health issue per day,i don't know why is it happening to me. I don't have any bad habit or nor did any trauma happened. Still idk why with me! First I got acidity issue in 2019 fr a month, i was down, then tinnitus kicked in 2-3 months later which was devastating for me, i lost my gf as i was mentally distressed,i was in depression, still i stood strong,then my inner cheek pigmentation issue came up its still there and docs are saying its normal but m worried as all google links to cancer! This is not the end, i did a cbc came out to be high esionophils,den doc said chest xray, then there lung inflation came up with copd as impression, then did a pft which showed ewrly airway obstruction, but it's asthma(i hope as 5-6 docs said), then i got sputum culture which showed k pneumonia overgrowth.i am like, why me? Why m i getting every health issue possibly uncurable? I am just holding google and practo everyday. Idk wt to do!help me!
