I feel gas surrounded my heart
Sir i am 28 year old and i feel severe pain in the heart and lossing control over the body. I feel sometimes my heart is beeting fast and sometimes normal but this gas trouble me 24 hrs and cant find any relif please show me cure to get rid of it

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to make certain diet changes.
Avoid oily and spicy foods, avoid tea/coffee and other carbonated drinks.
Have smaller meals instead of 3 huge meals.
Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 5 days.
