I done my CBC and Iron level test

Hello doctor..I done my CBC and IRON level test in this results I found some abnormal values..plz help me in that...these days I'm getting full tingling sensation on my feet and hands..and I have a full leg pains.. sometimes I fell there is a shortness of breath..my vitamins levels are good...plz help me in this..past 3 months I checked my CBC in that also thee is a abnormal values in that reports..in that time I didn't took serious..nw I'm worried so much because Google says many thing when I searched to this report levels..
