I did not hav my mensural cycle

Asked for Female, 24 Years

We had a intercourse on June 9 that was my 5th day of my period .. till now again I did not get my periods it is almost 84th day ... I am getting very severe back pain n abdomen pain with white discharge daily ... I went with pregnancy test it was negative & I took metroxyprogrestron acetate from 8 days .. still I did not get .. what should I do .?
