I can't understand if I'm pregnant

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Hello drs. I have done iui it's been 13 days post ovulation no pain very light discharge only 8 or 9 th day post ovulation I had pain..and since past 2-3 days my pulse rate is above 100-112 BPM only in the afternoon..and evening time my pulse rate is again 75-80...my pb is normal as I'm on medication please tell me if I'm pregnant or not
