  4. I bumped my head in the floor. Injury?

I bumped my head in the floor
Uhm i feel dizzy when i'm going to lay in my bed and there is a sensation of something when i turning my head left and right. Do i need to go to doctor? Is it a serious case of head injury? i dont feel vomiting my sense of balance are okay when im walking, dont have headaches.
