After a few minutes of continues speaking or reading my breath is not normal even after a bit of samples exercise I am not breathing normal and there is hotness of breath

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If you speak too fast then catching a breath and breathing fast for a few times is normal. Anyways better to get it checked out by a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
