I am to under take blood work forthyroid
I have booked appointment for bloodwork for thyroid tomorrow. Should I take thyroid medication before or after my blood work? Please clarify.

It doesn't change the results even if you take thyroid medication. You can give the blood sample for thyroid test at anytime in the day. Fasting is not required.
