I am not able to sleep properly, And some time could not sleep for full night as well., i started to walk at home when could not sleep.
Facing breathing problem also.

You need to de stress your self. Avoid bright light at night time. Keep away from mobile phones, tablets, ipads before your regular sleeping time. If breathing problem remains, show a doctor.
