I am overweight; want to loose body fat
I am 21 year old, female, height is 4ft 11in and my current weight stands between 60-61 kgs. I have put on the weight due to continuously eating junk food for over a year. I was fit and was 45kgs in 2015. I have become lazy and lethargic and face pains in my knee. I have developed belly fat, love handles and a heavy hip. My current size is 34,30,42. I have my entrance exams so I can't invest time in gym. But I can workout at home and control my diet. Please advice me on this.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
