I am on medication since 40 days...ciplar 20 La but from since 2 days as temp and heat increases i feel very tired when i go anywhere outside..i can resist the heat also...i am feeling little unsteady ..and after walking and climbing stairs i feel heavy head...is due to the medication..????my bp is normal 120/80 cheack 3 days before...and here is my ecg

Your ECG is apparently normal and I suppose this is done in May 2021. Kindly mention the indication by Cipla was started. Get your thyroid profile and mention your haemoglobin as well. If there is no indication of starting beta-blockers it can be very well managed with lifestyle changes regular exercise walking yoga meditation and dietary changes. Avoid smoking or alcohol intake if any.
