I feel difficult in breathing and pain in chest. It's like heart attach, fear of death. When I surround with I feel good, I don't feel problem. But In alone I started thinking so much atomatic thoughts come in mind. I am taking medicine clonafit plus every week. Please help me why I feeling like this. Is I will be like this always. I always enjoy a life when I will be with all Family I don't feel anything normally I laugh joke.. But when I come to my other house I will be with my sisters. No one is there to all day I use not doing anything. So many thoughts come in my mind and at night feeling difficult in breathing. I have vertigo also feeling dizziness sometimes. In starting when I was very in severe condition I use to take daily clonafit plus. Now I feel okay so I take every week.

First of all , need to know the duration of this medicine u r taking, coz it's having tendancy to depend on it.
Then another thing you can visit to Neuropsychiatrist as well as any physician to rule out any physical illness which can give you the same symptoms and you then feel it's psychological.
Like hyperthyroidism, certain vitamin deficiency etc.
Its very easy to treat but not cures easily, so start early proper consultation and treatment.
