I am experiencing minor hair loss
Hi, I am experiencing a small amount of hair loss. I already have very fine hair naturally however now feel that I can see more of my scalp. I am 27 years old, female, and have been following a vegan diet for the past 18 months. I am generally healthy (if a little bit over weight). Issues i'm concerned could be impacting my hair loss: - Mother has thyroid problems which i've been told could be hereditary. - low b12 levels What would be the most likely cause of hair loss? Many thanks Laure

Yaa low vitamin level can be a reason for your hair loss. First do your blood investigations for your hair fall and do sonography of lower abdomen to rule out PCOD. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
