Hypothyroidism on 75 mcg levothyroxine
There is consistent anemia hb 8.7,leukopenia tlc 2000,platelets 2.40 lacs.... B12 537ng/dl..normal. no other symptoms. why there is altered profile of blood? peripheral smear normal, less than 1%elleptocytes & tear drop cells finding presumptive of micro cystic hypo chronic rbcs. please explain..

Hello there. I can understand your concern. The altered blood profile can be due to a lot of things which we can not pin point without examining and running further tests.
