Hypothyroidism on 75 mcg levothyroxine
There is consistent anemia hb 8.7,leukopenia tlc 2000,platelets 2.40 lacs.... B12 537ng/dl..normal. no other symptoms. why there is altered profile of blood? peripheral smear normal, less than 1%elleptocytes & tear drop cells finding presumptive of micro cystic hypo chronic rbcs. please explain..

I can understand your concern.
The altered blood profile can be due to a lot of things which we can not pin point without examining and running further tests.
Your iron intake and reserve could be low, your protwin intake could be low etc.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
