My Thyroid test came back and I am a bit concerned with the numbers but the doctor says the numbers are ok. 8.8 T4 46.5 T3 uptake 10.2 Free T3 0.528 TSH

You seem to be having normal thyroid function and most important among them is TSH. since your TSH is is normal it basically reassures normal thyroid function. If you are already taking thyroid supplements then continue with the same. If you are not on any thyroid Medication then you need not take any
