Hypothyroidism issue

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am taking treatment for hypothyroidism. Taking tablet 12.5 mg thyroxin for 2 months. I had TSH level 7.15 ulU/mL. But after 2 months it is lower down to 0.05 ulU/mL. Should i continue my tablet? Did my thyroid come down to normal level? Can I plan for pregnancy now?
