Hello there.
I can understand your concern. Its a endocrinologist's job to differentiate between primary and secondary not yours.
You need to consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management. You guys will read a few sentences from online and think that you can do self diagnosis but it's not that simple.
Therefore do not take these matters in your hand and consult a endocrinologist for further evaluation and management.
