Hypothyroidism
Hi, I was looking for a prospective bride when i got to know this girl. She is 23 yrs old about 5'3" height and approx 65-70 kg. About 6 months back she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and has  TSH levels of 6-7. I would like to know what impact would it have on her health and marital life. I would to take an informed decision before i approach her for marriage. Pls guide.

Hypothyroidism is common among females. Her levels are just borderline. She may not require treatment now however, may need treatment when planning for pregnancy. Untreated hypothyroidism can be a cause of infertility, however the right treatment usually solves the problem.
