1. Will TSH level 8 get restored to normal without medication, only with proper stress management? If yes, how long would it take to normalise? (Have normal T3 and T4 levels). Symptoms- weight gain, weakness, dizzy head, improper digestion

It is unlikely that the TSH levels will normalize without medications. Duration of the medicine to correct the levels will be dependent from person to person.
