I m having hoarsening of voice from last 2 weeks so doctor asked to go through TSH test and result was TSH level is very high about 13 in my blood ... my voice is not improving ..

You seem to be having slightly raised TSH but I think your T4 and T3 are normal. This condition is known as subclinical hypothyroidism and you may need to takeow dose of thyroid replacement tablets.
