HyperUricemia and Antibiotics Overdose
My grandmother is suffering from diabeties and recent reports showed a hype in uric acid level which was 8 which is more than 5.7 normal in females. She was prescribed zyloric 100 mg (3x a day) but instead she took 300 mg 4x a day which I realized later and this led to severe problem. She suffered from shocks in which she couldn't breathe properly and lots of sweating. Also her stomach was upset. Please tell what can be done? Thanks.
