Since, this morning(today), i started feeling itchy on my throat and i also feel like my throat is swelling. What should i do now?? Is this a serious issue ?? What medication would be best for me to follow as of now??

This could be a serious issue my dear. Stop carbimazole urgently and get a CBC test done. Carbimazole can cause bone marrow supression leading to infections. If cbc is normal then consult a physician for this pharyngitis that u r having.
Next Steps
Carbimazole should be started at lower doses.
