Hypertension or PIH

I was Diagnosed with PIH just 2days before my EDD because of which I had undergone c section, n was on anti hypertensives but BP was not getting normalized, All of sudden develop with severe hypertension and got hospitalized again, after two days everything was ok n as per obg advice I continued medication til 6weeks then stopped medication with tapering doses, but again at 12weeks my bp got shoot up again then again I had start with medication, got my renal doppler it's normal, sugars n lipid profile was normal, should I consider this as PIH and stop medication after 6months of maternity period in
tapering doses or should I continue anti hypertensives
