Hypertension
My age is 24 Weight is 96 I have never even occassionally tried smoking or drinking. I am having obesity. I've checked the blood pressure readings consecutive for three days which was high now when I'm on medication it is remaining 120/70. I've done ecg which is normal. I am right now in so much fear that why at such young age i got this blood pressure and also I want to live without medication but drs told me that you cannot unfortunately. At such young age having this is horrible , I feel like I'll not get married and successful due to this. Can someone please help me that what do i do now are we having any option to cure this hypertension. I want to live medicine free. I have heard so many cases where patient died on the spot due to not taking medication of blood pressure and I'm right now so much scared about this.i have so many future plans but this disease came out of nowhere. Someone please suggest me a good way to get rid of it
