Hypertension - Iam Using Bp Tablet. My Bp Reading Shows

Iam using bp tablet. My bp reading shows maximum 139/87 Minimum 110/70. That is ranges from 110-140 and 70-90. It is ok or not ? Pls suggest, Regards.
