I'm a 53 years male,BP reading 146/88 mmHg . Under medication Metolar XR 25 and Cilacar 10 one each in morning. Specialist specific advice is highly appreciated wrt medicine is appropriate or need modification.

You need to visit your Cardiologist for complete evaluation and substitution of your medication, proportionate to your blood pressure levels. Apart from medication, you can try consuming less amount of salt in your diet and exercise regularly.
