Asked for Male, 44 Years

I am 44, weight 61 kg and height is 165cms. I excercise regularly, but my cardiologist says I have BP and has put me on Concar 2.5 mg for an year now. When i check BP at home, it hovers between 115 to 130 systolic and 60 to 90 diastolic. Can i stop taking medicines and cure it natural way?
