Hello Dr. I need a suggestion from you. I take medicines thyronorm 100, ecosprin av 150 at night and telma 40 twice a day. Now a days my BP is coming 137/86 or 131/85. What should I do?? 25 days ago I consulted a dr and he added a tablet for 15 days. Name of tablet is navicard 0.25 mg.

U shud check ur BP twice a day.... Before taking meds.... If bp is less Dan 130/80 then no need to take the med.. But don't stop the medicine all of a sudden else bp will rise to highest....

U can continue with the prescribed medications. If you stop the antihypertensive , then ur bp might shoot up. So it's better to continue all .
