Hypertension and Diabetes and Pott Spine
Patient is hypertensive and Diabetes for quite some time. He is also under ATT for last 10 weeks and had sepsis last Tuesday. His Lvef is 25-30%. Sugar is not stable and BP also fluctuates. He was earlier having Monospirin also which was discontinued when brought for surgery which did not happen due to low lvef. Doctors have not restarted Monospirin and he has been discharged this Monday and is bedridden. He had hypernetromia and was treated for same. Due to same his medicine was changed from Losar H to Losar. Please advise basis medication listed.
