I have hyperpigmentation and excessive dryness
Due to scratching there are dark thick patches on my arms, forhead, back and legs

I need to know the cause for itching for dryness and pigmentation to prescribe appropriate medications. So proper examination wil help.
Apply moisturizers after bath regularly and use mild cleansers for wash.
Loose weight if you are overweight.
Cover the arms and legs to prevent dryness. Wear sunscreens during daytime for the face.
