I got normal skin tone but my fingers(both hands and feet) and lips are more darker than my skin tone. I tried some cosmetics but they don't make any change

Your condition needs to be seen and evaluated, it's really very hard to comment without seeing anything.
Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and treatment.
