Hello..... This is gastritis as you told... Missed period is a sign of pregnancy ..if she misses her regular period ,there could be chance of pregnancy... She can take antacids which subsides symptoms... She shouldn't take spicy food items of any kind... If she is having regular period there is no question of pregnancy
