Hyper thyroid
My daughter has hyper thyroid since one year .in Feb 2017 the was 60 ,tpo was 560 and there is module on left and right side in ultrasound . Now today report is tsh us 14.5 . She is taking thyroxin 25 mg .

Since she is aged 12 years the condition she is having may be pubertal goiter. Thyroid hormone requirements suddenly surge in females during puberty leading to sudden onset of hypothyroidism which usually resolves spontaneously after sometime
Next Steps
She may require more thyroxine as still TSH values are more than normal. Consult your Paediatric doctor for change in prescription
