Hydrotherapy for acidity
Can I take hydrotherapy of normal or little cold water by mixing with 1 spoon rose water?? For relieving stomach heat?? could you please suggest If there's any other therapy like this or correction/changes in above therapy??

You can take rose water. Increase water intake in general Avoid spicy/ oily/ fast food Take more fruits and vegetables Be physically active ( it helps with digestion ) Dont be empty stomach for long hours ( take frequent but small quantity meals) sleep pattern is also important ( 7-9 hours sleep per day) Avoid stress or manage it with relaxation methods( yoga/ hobbies etc)
