Hydrocil Pain
My left side testicle is bigger than right side. This is since last 10-15 yrs. Recently, I have observed that it pains a little. Also, I want to go for surgery or any other treatment for my left testicle.

Get physical clinical examination done by a general surgeon.high resolution ultrasonography of the bilateral testicular region and adenexa also helps to make a diagnosis.surgery is not always required and depend on clinical condition
