Hydrocele & phimosis
Crying when passing urine due to skin opening very small, & hydrocele at Right Side. Please guide surgery is necessary for it. Facility available at ur clinic.

Hydrocele don't need any treatment. Phimosis can be normal if no urinary problem till 5years of age.
