Hungry, Acidity
My mother 58 years old. Having hungry and acidity issue. She is not active now a days. Always in depression mode. Not interested have food , fruits , irritating with food. She always inform us to no hungry, uncomfortable at stomach. Please suggest some medicines for to get hungry and control acidity

Hi,  tell her to follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days.syrup Gaviscon 10 ml three Times a day after meal for 10 days. Report the progress. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.

Give her syrup Aptivate 5ml three times a day 1 hour before meal for 19 days to increase appetite
