Hsv2 blood test positive but no sym seen

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I having herpes from last 10 months but recently I had blood test for herpes hsv2 . My igg is 6.79 that is positive but i have no symptoms and no outbreaks of herpes hsv2. What should i do to overcome from this herpes hsv2?
