Hi Doc I am a highly sensitive person. Though it has some positive side but what i am concerned is my habit of thinking other people opinion (whether they like or not .. will it hurt them .. will they be affected ... ) before doing something or speaking up. Always end up over thinking and sad. How should i deal with it

Hello, This can be overcome with cognitive behaviour therapy. This kind of behavior is usually due to wrong interpretation of events. Through therapy you can learn to think in a positive manner. Please consult a psychiatrist to assess you and start you on treatment.
