Hello! HSG test is done to check patency of uterus and fallopian tubes. Pain is because of dye.so its not the same as labour pains.labour pains are because of uterine contractions.region of hsg pain is small while that of labour pain may extend upto belly.both are kinds of cramps.
Next Steps
follow your gynaecologists sincerely.take proper care at home with a balance of activity and rest and not only being sedentary.
