HP + with low platlates and homoglobin
Dear Docter , My platelates count is 65000 and Homoglobin is low 11.6 is it related to Helicobacter pylori positive infection or some other issue Is it normal or serious condition because my docter told me this is very critical to have low platlates and homoglobin so need your second opinion because I am very stress as my Doctor scared me , expert supervision and guidance required and response will be highly appreciated My symptoms Feeling week Feeling thirsty and dry mouth Yellow urine Note: I am positive for Hpylori from 3 months I am taking PPI  medicine Esomoprazole but no relief in symptoms my Doctor dint give Antibiotics for Hpylori Infection Pls find the ttached report for Hpylori positive and blood report
