HOWTO SKIP ACNE WHILE TAKING MASS GAINER

If take mass gainer or multivitamin i get severe acne. I want to gain weight since so long as i am so thin and almost under weight. i have tried many things like having small meals and included fruits juices etc to my diet but everything worthless.Now mass gainer like endura mass seems to be the last option to me. but dont want acne again.HELP PLZ
