How to use Aziclear for acne marks??

How to use Aziclear (azelaic acid, HPPA, ferulic acid, resorcinol) on nose for acne spots treatment? My dermat prescribed Aziclear serum for acne marks on nose but it has been over 6 weeks with no result. The pimple mark has very slightly lightened but kind of more noticeable in size! Please help as it makes me very conscious on bare skin ! My skin is overall quite dry with blackheads and bumps on nose area only.
