How to stop Montair LC
I have been taking Montair LC from last 4 plus year, I want stop this medicine, as I stop taking this medicine, I get running nose and uncontrollably itchy body, Then I have to start it back, any suggestions how to gradually stop it, Can I break medicine into half and take it?

Hi.
Taking Montelukast with Levocetrizine for so long duration may not be the best solution for your problem. There are topical medicines like nasal sprays which are very effective, with minimal side effects, which can be used for longer duration. However these can be prescribed only after thorough examination. I would recommend that you visit an ENT specialist near you for correct diagnosis and best management.
